Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your moving service by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the following conditions:
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance
- Partial refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, subject to a cancellation fee
Liability
Bald Eagle Moving is committed to the safe handling of your belongings. However, we are not liable for:
- Items not packed by our team
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic)
- Damages exceeding the limits outlined in your service agreement
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which our services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
